My son (17) returned a pair of sunglasses that had broken and I had him send mine along as well for repair (a stone chip). It was his first experience as a consumer with something he had bought with his own money. The customer service was great - his were fixed under warranty and mine were fixed without charge which I had not expected. A pleasant surprise in this day when customer service is often poor. The process was easy, fast and hassle-free. Luxottica was great. Thanks to Takia for the great service.
I have a pair of Persol sunglasses. I managed to break one of the arms, so I wrote to your service folks. I wondered if and when I'd get a reply. Well, it turns out, not only did I get a reply quickly, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The replacement part is on its way, and within days of contacting you. Takia Grant looked after me and responded promptly to each email. Great service!

The Ray-Ban logo fell off of my shades, I contacted Luxottica to see if I could purchase a replacement logo. Takia Grant returned my email very promptly, and mailed me out a new logo. Free of charge! I am very pleased! Takia is a major asset!

I too am writing today to echo the sentiment shared by all here. Absolutely top shelf customer service from Takia - above and beyond. I shattered a lens in my expensive Ray Bans, sent them out and received them back even better than before for about $40.00 bucks! They also sent a new case, tightened the arms, shined everything up and also sent along a bunch of goodies likes wipes and cleaners and a spare lens.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the customer service department at Luxotica who once I got in touch with them, handle my issue promptly and professionally. They gave me more than the kind of service you'd expect from a brand like Ray Ban.
Special thanks to Takia Grant who explained to me exactly how to proceed and after receiving my damaged Ray Ban sunglasses, simply sent me back a new pair within an record breaking time.

PS. Damage was caused by a thermal stress when I got into my car and put the air conditioning full blast on a very hot day. This is a phenomenon that could happen to any sunglasses brand or model.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Takia Grant & Luxottica Canada. Takia kept me updated throughout the repair process which took less than a week to complete including shipment. My Rayban 8305s are as good as new!
I'll be honest, I never understood why people paid so much for sunglasses.. until now! I received my first pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses as a gift. I constantly had problems with the little tiny screw that holds the arms of the sunglasses.. Unfortunately, I ended up losing the screw, causing my sunglasses to fall off my nose and chip the lenses. I contacted Luxottica Canada to see if they could help. I was fortunate enough to receive a positive answer from Mrs Takia Grant. She explained to me that Ray Ban did not make my sunglasses anymore, so she then offered to replace them with a new pair!!! I honestly couldn't believe it! I was ecstatic to see that a company actually cared about their name, product and customers. I have never had such an easy and positive experience. I would like to thank Mr Grant for such an amazing, personalized, quick and efficient customer service experience and can only wish that more representatives would be like her.

Takia Grant is an amazing person. She was instrumental in making sure that my brand new raybans were fixed after I broke them. Amazing service, and a thorough professional. Rayban is doing an awesome job by having someone like Takia Grant take care of its customers. I was highly impressed by her prompt and concerned nature of providing customer service.
I needed a replacement case for my Ray Bans, which I had bought several years ago from a store in the USA. I googled Ray Bans and contacted the first customer service e-mail I could find, which happened to be Luxottica USA. They took 4 days to reply to my e-mail, saying that the cases weren't available and that I should contact them again in two weeks, which I did, and I was told that they would sell me the case for $9. I called the number they gave me to put the order, but the number was "not valid for my region". I was told to contact Luxottica Canada Instead. I braced for another month of back-and-forth messages, but I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted that same afternoon (a Thursday) by Takia Grant, who told me she could send the the replacement case the next day, free of charge. Takia sent my replacement case on Friday, and I got it on Monday. First class customer service, five stars... Thank you so much!! :-)
I had a screw brake on my pricey Ray-Bans.
Takia Grant, sent replacements immediately. The first few shipments were close but not right but then she ordered the screws for my model in and sent in a matter of days. All the shipments were via courier and super quick. She called me to follow up when the screws were in.
I've rarely experienced this level of customer service.
