Nick was great to deal with.
He provided me with can estimate and recommended that a repair was all that was needed when he could have tried to a more expensive replacement. So honesty is a part of the service they sell.

The crew that did the repair were amazing, when they left they cleaned up the work site and the quality of the job was fantastic.

Mini Pavers came in summer 2015 to fix our "driveway ramp at garage" for two houses besides each other. He did a professional job paying attention to details like cracks and patches. Very happy with his work and will recommend to my friends. My third neighbor saw his work and decided to get his sinking driveway fixed right after he completed our two driveways. You really have to book him three weeks in advance as he has a very busy schedule in summer.

Mini Pavers gave a fair price and did excellent work. Driveway had a large trench dug into it for a new service line and needed to be filled and sealed. The quality of work was excellent and the service was great. I would recommend Them for sure.

I needed to have my driveway repaved as it was sinking in. Mini pavers came and explained the process and costs. The service was timely and efficient. It has been almost a year and the driveways looks great. Thank you Mini pavers and your team!!

Never been so disappoint with a business. From not answering the phone to not showing up to a very poor job done. Rushed through the job demanding payment right away before I could even realize what a terrible job they had done. it's been over a year now and still makes me sick every time I look at the money I wasted on my driveway. Edges not straight and cracking off foot prints all over from them walking on it to soon. And it holds water even though it's up hill. All I can say is do your research.

Mini Pavers won the Best of London award for the last 4 years and they deserve every inch of that.It is so hard to find a business and a person ( Ambrose) to do a quality work no matter what. To satisfy a client is their priority. Our driveway had some water issues. They dug out the driveway and despite us wanting to have it paved right away, Ambrose explained that it is better to wait and have the driveway solidify before paving it. He did not take a penny until the driveway was completed 6 weeks later. That's how long it took for the driveway to become stable after so much rain. We are very happy we waited and listened to the advise to have it done right. We love you, Ambrose!!!!!!

We needed a driveway last year and we got several estimates. We selected Mini Pavers because the word of mouth reviews were excellent. They did not take any money upfront until completion. We got a warranty as well on all their work. Ambrose, the new owner, was very good at explaining the process and really took his time to do a high quality work. Our neighbours had driveway done by another pavers at about the same time. Theirs is falling apart while ours is impeccable. I would highly recommend Mini Pavers

Mini pavers gave us an estimate near the beginning of July of this year to dig up our existing driveway and repave with ashphalt. After a price was decided on it was awhile before we heard from them but figured it was a busy time of year. They eventually called about 4 weeks later saying they would arrive Friday. Friday comes and nobody shows. We reschedule and the works did arrive early Monday morning only to tell my husband that when we got the quote (by the owner I might add) they didn't account for concrete removal under our existing asphalt so they left. My husband called the office and left messages before finally calling the owner later that day who came out and offered us a lower price for the hassle and to do a patchwork job of the driveway vs a complete tear out. Many appoitnments were made and nobody showed. When we would call the office they would say the workers would be there any minute .. which was never the case. Finally my husband called and the lady said "oh, i thought we already did your drivway". In the end, my husband asked to cancel altogether which she quickly agreed to. Worst company ever, I have no idea how they apparently won all the awards that the owner told us about.

They use every misleading tactic ever thought of, instead of just doing an honest, quality job they lie, do substandard work and spend more time criticizing their competition, I do speak from experience, we ended up having the Mini-Pavers work ripped out and replaced by another contractor. They are the absolute WORST example of crooked contractors that I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I am amazed that Richard Lauzon is not behind bars.

If this quote from their website wasn't so outrageous "Richard Lauzon has been an entrepreneurial innovator" it would be hilarious!!!! How does he sleep at night.

June 28 2015 I Hired this company to do a dig out and expansion on my Driveway!! They all showed up First time correct day 4 hours late, Not that big of a deal. All of them seemed unapproachable, like they didn't even want to be there!! The found out near the end of the dugout that they miscalculated the amount of gravel that would be needed to continue so they would be back the following week to finish the job this took a total of 1.5 Hrs to get this far!!! I don't hear anything Mon Tue So I was going to call wednesday but the lady at the office called me, They would be able to come Friday Noon. I waited & waited 3:30 rolls around I call the office, she tells me there "On There Way" !! NOT the case they decided to NOT show up at all!! And stopped answering my phone calls at the office.I waited around ALL DAY for NOTHING ""AWESOME"!!! So Monday rolls around I call the office to find out what happened, She plays DUMB On the phone saying she doesn't know what happened!! BULL S#IT!! Tells me they have and opening at 3 So I take it They show up at 5.They miscalculate the amount of ash fault !! "AWESOME" so they will have to come back ONCE AGAIN they will be back Tuesday no question asked!!Tuesday I Call the OFFICE she tells me they will be at my house shortly NOPE NOT THE CASE!"ANOTHER wasted day, I call again she apologizes and tells me Thursday Noon. I tell her for this inconvenience They will have to come in the AM as I work nights, she tells me She will call me Wed NO PHONE CALL So Thursday comes Around 11:30 rolls around I Call the office AAHHH their just leaving a job they will be there in 10 minutes!! Not the case, 2.5 hours go by So I call the office AGAIN No ANSWER so I have my mother call seconds later "different # She answers, my mother said the she should call her son back. So she calls me said the truck is in Front of my HOUSE "PRETTY SURE IT WASN'T" .5 Hrs Go by and FINALLY they show up!! DONT make the same mistake I Did and hire this company they lie to you and don't value your business what so ever!! I'm happy to NEVER deal will these IDIOTS Again!!! Thanks UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER My Rating would be ZERO But I have to put 1 to post this

Driveway recently dug out and repaved (last week) and that was after agreeing to the estimate provided September 2014, crew arrived five hours after time was advised to dig out and then arrived five hours earlier the next day (due to possible rain) to pave. Because of having an appointment I was asked upon leaving how long I would be as they needed to get paid as soon as job was completed, someone came to pick up the money not two hours after job was finished! Now I wish I could say the same about the customer service, I asked if they could suggest a product that would take the asphalt stains off of the siding (newly installed) needless to say I haven't heard from this company since, I've also noticed that the rain water pools in certain areas of driveway, is this due to poor grading? Why wouldn't this company respond with the same speediness as they did when collecting the money?
Would I recommend this "paver of the year" I don't think so!

I don't have much to say just mostly disappointed!! Without question my worst experience of dealing with any company would be this company. From canceling appointments to not showing up when they said they were going to. Rushed through the job. Left a very poor quality driveway.

In JUNE Minipavers came to do an estimate for a drive expansion. They gave us a price and said they would do the work. They rescheduled the day they were going to complete this work multiple times, and then not showing up. This went on until today, September 10th. Our drive way still not expanded even though we needed it done before labour day (where it is illegal to park on the streets in London). We called them multiple times and were reassured that they were going to be coming (and gave us dates) and said they would come to do this work when they came to the neighborhood to complete someone else's driveway. At one point when we attempted to cancel their services they informed my father that they could sue him if he were to do that since he had an agreement with them (which is not possible since there was no contract, but they said this to scare my father unnecessarily) They completed the neighbor's driveway today, and did not come to our house. We called and were told that they would call the workers to see what was going on, and they never returned that call. I am appalled about how unprofessional they are, the horrible customer service this company has displayed and complete disregards about their customer's time. If they felt the job was too small they should have said they were not interested from the beginning and not lied multiple times about when they were coming. I do not recommend this company to anyone if they are looking for a great respectful company with fantastic customer service and good work ethic. I would give this company a zero star is possible.

Horrible job. Driveway is full of holes, cracks and lumpy. The warranty is not a real warranty. They will tell you if there is a problem to go through your home insurance. Beware do not use this company!

Please do not consider this company, poor quality.

There is nothing professional about this company. The owner is unapproachable and arguementive. Quality is terrible, do your research before even considering this poor excuse for a paving company!
