After Wags closed down, I found a groomer through one of the reviews on this page, and as sweet as that animal-loving lady was, I dearly miss that feeling of taking my dog to a professional.

Miss you Wags + Staff, thank you for everything.

This is an awesome place. They don't cost as much as the "Big Chain" grooming salon and they always do a great job. The best part is when you come in the morning you can see straight into the grooming area and the groomers are all happy and they are petting the animals. The most awesome part is your dofg is not sitting in a kennel all day. They are wandering around the grooming area waiting for their pick up. Love this place!

Ozzy has been going to Wags since he was 3 months old and the staff love him as our family does. Thank for taking care of our baby so well.

I brought my little Molly (maltese shih tzu cross) to this place (2nd time) just before Easter this year. First of all i asked that she be bathed and cleaned (ears, nails clipped, face cleaned) ONLY and asked that they leave her the length that she was. When i arrived to pick her up and pay i noticed that she had been clipped and her ears were cut shorter than they've ever been and they were not matted.
I didn't say anything because i could live with that BUT what happened 2 days later is really what got me. We noticed Molly laying down more than usual and not eating (she is 11 months old and wants to play continuously). When i touched her ears she cried and by the next day they were oozing inside and infected. We took her to our Vet and the first thing the Vet asked was if she had been groomed recently.
In a nut shell, whoever took care of our little baby did such a poor job cleaning her ears that she suffered tremendous pain and was on antibiotics and ointment for over a week to clear up the mess. This cost us over $200 in Vet costs and time off work to take her there.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and i'm still so mad that i can't even call them or go there because i would lose my mind on them.
If you love your doggy like we do, stick with PetSmart or somewhere that is clean and in the open. Price should not be a factor when it comes to the care of your pet.

I believe there are more than one location so i just want to clarify that this was at the 68th Street NE location.
I hope whoever uses this place has better luck that i did. Worst experience of our lives and we've had other dogs before. Very unprofessional.

I'm so sorry. As a business owner you need to tell them this. I know they have 5 groomers working there and without know who or why they cannot deal with the situation for the future dogs. I also know a groomer can't give a dog an ear infection it would have been an underlying issue. Phone them they are really nice. And will address all of your concerns

I have had several horrible experiences with many other dog grooming salons and it wasn't until I came across wags to whiskers where I felt comfortable taking my pet and leaving him with strangers to be looked after and groomed. My dog loves going to get baths now, and when I pick him up he doesn't look traumatized also he looks magnificent and groomed exactly the way I asked. Love wags to whiskers and recommend them anyday.

Has cut my cocker spaniel's hair for past 12 years. Now that he is in his later years they are very accommodating to his "older dog" needs. Thank you very much for the continued great service!

This pet grooming center is courteous and understanding of pets with specific needs. They are flexible in the delivery of their service and are their groomers will accommodate pets with special needs. Our "Barley" had been abused at a previous center and thanks to the gentle touch and soothing voice of his groomer Heather, he is once again a happy dog who looks forward to his session at this center. We are grateful to the caring staff of Wags to Whiskers, we are never worried when we leave our dog with them.

After trying two other salons, our Havanese Sally settled into Wags to Whiskers without any issues. They always do exactly what we ask for, and she looks wonderful when we pick her up. Thank you for working with a scared little rescue dog and helping us turn her into the beauty she is now!

We've been taking or poodle to Wags To Whiskers for approximately 8 years. He loves his groomer Cory, he always looks fantastic when we pick him up. We had a bad experience at another groomer and wouldn't think of going Elsewhere.
Thanks Wags to Whiskers

I could not say enough positive things about how well cared for our Finnish Lapphunds have been at Wags. The staff and owner have always been professional and provide wonderful service. I would suggest them for anyone looking for a groomer, no matter which sort of animal you have. Thank you!

Diva always comes from the groomers looking like, well, a diva, with her painted toes and colorful scarf. Shaunna treats her like the precious little minature poodle that she is. Thanks, Shaunna.
