I have been a customer (go there sometimes) for a few years. I found that food is becoming worse and worse, and the service was supprisingly bad today.
I ordered ceaser salad and wings today. I noticed that there are specials for wings for today and intended to take that dish. I asked the waitress about the option to substitude the fries (which are in menu, going with wings) with the salad - and the answer was that in that case I have to pay additional money. I could not assume that if there is a special on the board (like wings, for example), than the description is somewhat differ from that of in the menu. Anyway, the point is that the waitress heard that I was not keen of fries but wanted wings, but brought me the dish with the full price, not like a special. When I looked at the bill I found that the price for the dish was not like for special, it was more expensive. I asked the waitress about that. She was quite stupborn and kind of rude, blaming me that I was looking in the menu. But hey, I asked for specials. Even if not, it is a customer service (and I do work in customer service), so a waiter/waitress should put an effort and inform about specials and at least to inform about some possibilities. I do not mention that for wings were not very good, salad was not tasty (as there were too much fat maionese in that and croutons were overbaked, so the taste was weird). And the incident about the misunderstanding of those specials was not flattering - hey, I came for having a good time, and instead I felt as I was not given much information, and the staff did not care about that. I simply felt that the customers are not appreciated in this place. There are many places at this corner where the service is much better.
