I brought a bunch of spindels which they recommended I provided length and style.The over sold me almost one third the amount required but told me bring any extras back.
Suprise when I when to return them they refused to take them back.Based on their level of dishonesty I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I am now stuck with a oversupply which they knew when I brought them. They will say and do anything to get your money and will not do the right thing when it comes time to sort the problem. They would only commit to a refund if I committed to buying more product. Shame on them and their crappy policies that only protect them and leave there customers out in the cold. I will never use this company again. period!!!!!!

Great customer service and sales staff have plenty of ideas an options to get the look you want for the price you want.
