To whom it may concern

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction for the installers at C.A.P.O.R. Renovations.
My wife and myself have just got our roof re shingled.We were promised a professional job and a timely finish. We met with a slick talking sales man who told us that all of their installers where trained professionals ..Things went down hill very quickly from here on.They were suppose to start this job on Monday. No show and no call.Tuesday my wife called to find out if someone was going to come to our house some day soon.The installers arrived after 10am on Wednesday and stayed six or seven hours..Just long enough to damage my neighbors truck..At this time my wife was told by the professional installer in these exact words I"M NOT FUCKING PAYING FOR THAT. These are suppose to be professional trained insured installers .The slick talking sales man told me a bold faced lie, he told me that the damage would be repaired to the owners satisfaction. But instead he was given a $100 gift card to Boston Pizza. Nice! so he gets a small pizza and still has a truck that was damaged and not repaired.That is not taking care of the problem and making it right. That's just making him and myself pissed off. Now back to the roof.Thursday The installers called and said that their piece of shit truck broke down..At least they called.They managed to get to my home around noon and worked for six hours.However they where shingling my roof in the rain .Not too professional in my books.. I noticed that they had only installed four roof vents when we clearly contracted for six.Over a week later another installer came back and finished the job..I would not recommend C A P O R to any family or friends ever. If you do decide to hire these people you might as well hire a guy with a truck and no insurance .Because what we got was a man his wife and a kid that showed up whenever they got around to it! I was told that anything 10 feet or above they had to wear proper safety gear. they had a harness hanging over the side of the roof! not one of them were attached to it! I am very disappointed in how my neighbor was treated! so not right!!
