Sentinel Storage Central Calgary

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sentinel Storage Central. The Customer Service is hands down the best I've had with any company. They are prompt, polite, and professional every time I've interacted with them.

The facility is always clean, brightly lit, and safe. I have zero worries about the contents of my unit.

I highly recommend Sentinel Central to anyone looking for storage.

Sentinel staff are very helpful, courteous, and professional. Felt confident in using their storage services as the grounds are well maintained, clean, and safe due to on-site security and monitoring. Huge bonus to have access to a moving truck virtually free of cost (pay small fee for mileage only) and 1st month free with certain size units as well. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

I am very satisfied renting from Sentinel to store my belongings. The rental prices are better than other places that I called. Gina was very friendly and explained everything clearly. An added bonus to renting from Sentinel is that the customers can use the company's courtesy truck to move their belongings to the storage. Other rental places did not have this option. I can't believe how easy it was to complete the booking. The lady was extremely helpful. She even helped me disconnect my car battery. I shopped around before I settled on Sentinel, and no other place. Would beat their discount price. All in all, a great experience.

Been renting 2 storage lockers, for 1 year. I'm happy that my belongings are vacationing here. :) The premises are safe & clean and access hours are great!

A friend of mine was recently looking for a storage company & asked me where I store my things. I replied Sentinel. His response; that was the most expensive place I looked into. I couldn't have agreed with him more & advised him to take his business elsewhere. In fact I've advised many friends to do the same & I will continue to do so. This company is the king of nickel & diming! Every year without fail in January the price of rent goes up. (even though I have an unheated unit.) I have been a client since 2005 and I have never once been offered any kind of loyalty discount. The website is messed up and I've even been double billed on occasion. (keep track of your receipts.) I would advise anyone thinking of storing their things with Sentinel to save themselves a lot of frustration and grief and take their business elsewhere.

The front counter staff, Gina and Ken, are what make this place great. They were very understanding of my financial situation and worked with me and kept in contact throughout all of it. Although the Sentinel brand is a bit expensive and they are quick to add late fees, the staff keep the facilites very well maintained and secure. This location also offer a rental Van to help make your move easier. The staff deserve 5 stars.

When I first came to Sentinel 10 years ago the customer service was non-existent! Due to the "Manager" that was running this location at that time. Every year since without fail, my rent goes up in January. I have a non-heated unit so it can't be the cost of natural gas. A friend of mine was recently looking for storage space and enquired as to where I rent storage from. I told him I rent from Sentinel. To which he replied; "Wow! They're the most expensive place I looked at." I couldn't disagree with him.

If your company offered discounts to long time renters like myself it would sure go a long way in terms of customer loyalty.

I recently went through a hard time financially, and was having trouble paying my storage fees. The staff at Sentinel Storage were very understanding and made sure they kept in contact with me (even though I am in a different country) letting me know the status of my unit. I am very impressed with this company and the way this issue was handled and would recommend them to anyone!

I'm very impressed with the service from Sentinel. I accidently drove in without putting my code because the gate opened from another customer. They were quick to come to me to explain the security procedures. Promise will not do that again

I've had my personal belongings in this storage site for about 7 months now. Site is easily accessible, in central Calgary, located just off 2 main arteries (Barlow and Memorial).

They front desk staff are always very helpful. Best part of their service is that they have a moving truck that you can borrow if you are a client! Saved me hundreds of dollars when I was moving. I just had to book in advance, pay a deposit and mileage.

I definitely recommend this storage facility.
