Sentinel Storage Edmonton Argyll

My business was in a pinch and needed a new space to work out of. Rented one of their 10x15 office spaces with a huge window in the sentinel business centre. Been there 5 months now. Not much to complain about. Things are kept clean with cleaning staff there daily. Parcels and packages delivered to my office when I am not there. My customers can pick up from the front desk during office hours if I am unable to meet up. If there is something that I need, the managers Jasmine and Ben often take care of it promptly.

I am satisfied with the service and feel like my stuff is secured as it in the house like setting

We had our RV stored at the Edmonton Argyl facility for approximately 1 week. There was a tire boy truck parked on the right side of our trailer. He hit our trailer but sentinel cannot provide video footage . We did provide pictures and the police report We were told its only circumstantial evidence.
Now our insurance is holding us liable because he’s denying that he was driving. Johnson insurance is increasing our rates 10% and we are liable for the deductible.
WARNING. Don’t store your RV at these compounds because no one wants to take responsibility. They don’t have adequate video surveillance. Only have it at the entrance and exit I was told by the manager. So once someone’s inside there’s no footage on the inside grounds. We have to pay for this This is so unfair.

I've used 3 other storage facilities before and now I will no longer use anything other than Sentinel. Amazing service, clean, secure and close by. You get what you pay for and Sentinel gives you peace of mind!

I've been renting a storage unit since Feb/15. The customer service is great! The units are safe, indoors & access hours from 6am-11pm make it very easy to get items in/out of unit.
