We recently bought a 5000 dollar hot tub from the Barrie location. Service was great until they got our money. We had issues with our speakers from day one. Nobody would ever return our calls. We were always calling to get answers. We were recently told again after calling a number of times that our speakers would not be covered under the warranty because of chemical damage. Give me a break, it is a hot tub. The only reason they came to this conclusion is that we had to take a picyure and email it to them. This was the only time we ever heard back from them...... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I work in a large teaching hospital and my husband works at a large car manufacturing company, and believe me we will let people know of our terrible experience with Discounter pool and spa.
