Another bad experience. Went to purchase an iPod. Large big overhead sign showing location of iPods. Excellent . Go there cannot find them . Two staff talking . Interrup them . One of the staff asks that I wait. Listen to conversation . He wants to know when he can take his break. His manager then asks what we want . Ah iPod. Oh we are renovating . They are in storage. No sign no nothing. Had enough of this shoddy service. Will stick to Amazon , amazing service from home. With future sop gone there is no completion and Best Buy is arrogant,. Had a similar experience last visit . Wanted to buy high end TV . Amazon had it . Showed it to Best Buy . No we don't match price as 3rd party involved. Bought on line. The same TV came on sale on the Monday for Amazon price. Buy Buy more like worst buy

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Stood in front of 10-12 idling/socializing employees at the Exchange/Return station for about 10 minutes before having someone come and serve me.
The staff proved to be lacking common sense or basic customer service skills
Manager was no different, Jeremy was as useless as the rest. Incompetent individual who I question being in a Management position. I had to waste time contacting head office to get my justified concerns addressed. Got only a automative call to take a survey for my concerns. WOW BEST BUY REALLY DOESN'T SHOW APPRECIATION FOR LOYAL CUSTOMER!!
Time to start shopping ELSEWHERE!

I have bought from this store many many times and have always had good experience with the staff - In Canada it's Best Buy vs Future Shop - and I do shop at both. Of course we all know it's owned by the same company, and the difference is that at Future shop the sales people are on commission and at best buy the are not, and certainly some times the difference shows with the Future Shop guys typically a bit more agressive in the "sell".

Last night it was a Nintendo DS Lite for my daughter so she doesn't have to beg her brother to use his - AND so they can wirelessly, happily, and peacefully connenct and play together.
