What a scam! I ordered beautiful flowers from their ad to be delivered 1 23 23. Had to make 5 calls to let them know my daughter did not receive the flowers. Everyday the same, yes we will send you the confirmation that they were delivered, we’llcall You back. 2 1 23 my daughter received the ugliest left overs they could spare. Cheap vase and ugly flowers thrown together. Please do not get tangled up with them, BIGGEST SCAM

I ordered flowers for a friend. They did not fulfill the order. Said they couldn't get the flowers or a flower shop to filfill the order.
They said they would refund me. Its been 24 days and I still have not received the refund. Everytime I call they say the accountant is only there once a week and itll take a little more time. However their refund email says 5 to 10 days. Tired of fighting for my 120 back

Buyer beware! The arrangement I ordered arrived tired and old. The roses were mostly open and yellowing on the edges. The rest of the flowers were sadly wrinkled, yellow and wilted. When I complained, Jaklen responded to cut the stems, add sugar and see how the flowers will plump up! I could not believe this response. Several emails and calls since and no response. I should've read all the poor reviews before I ordered. The flowers were for a very special occasion and they absolutely ruined it

The flowers are not the same as advertised on the website. Do not order from them. Customer service is not helpful.
I ordered flowers for my best friend who was undergoing surgery. I originally sent an e-mail as she loves sunflowers, but I did not see an option to buy just sunflowers on their website. I never received an e-mail back after 24 hours. At this point, I should have moved on to a different company, but the company was offering a discount for ONLINE orders, which I did not receive as I placed the order over the phone.
I called to follow up on my original e-mail, which I spoke to Jaklen. She said, “I did see your e-mail”. She just decided not to reply. I moved forward to place the order as I was not overly concerned, she did not get back to me. She placed the order and sent me a confirmation e-mail, which I approved.
My girlfriend arrived home from the hospital at 5:30pm. No flowers delivered. I called to follow-up what time it was expected to be delivered as I was worried she was going to go to bed. The representative informed me I selected “standard delivery” which was between 2:00pm-8:00pm. I was never provided delivery options. The delivery fee was $14.99 + HST, which I assumed was a premium fee to have flowers delivered at a reasonable time. The flowers were delivered at 7:10pm. My friend’s roommate received the flowers and provided me with a picture and the flowers arrived withered. I was infuriated. To say the least, I was not happy with my order and called again that evening. The representative said to e-mail my complaint and a photo of the flowers, which I did. I called to follow up the next day, I was informed ‘no manager was onsite’. I called the day after, which I was told again ‘no manager was onsite.’ I asked when a manager was going to be onsite as it has been three days. The representative informed me Saturday / or Monday. I waited until Monday, no response so I called back again. At this point, I was more frustrated with the terrible customer service.
A manager never called me back, I was transferred to Jaklen who took my order. She was rude, spoke over me, made excuses, and asked me what I wanted. She told me I was not going to get a full refund as they delivered a service. She offered a second arrangement to be delivered, which I was not interested in as it has almost been a full week since my friend’s surgical procedure and I just wanted this to be resolved. I suggested to provide me with a credit of the cost of the arrangement she offered. She said “It would not be the same arrangement you ordered; the value would be $15.00-$20.00. I received an e-mail from Jaklen saying I would receive $27.00 back on my method of payment, which I have not received.
I would recommend saving your time and energy dealing this with company. I have attached photos of what was delivered with the time it was delivered. After reading the reviews on Facebook and additional sites, I am not the only customer who feels this way. Please note, the attached arrangement was almost $100.00. Extremely disappointed.

Never ever buy flowers from this florist!! I ordered a bouquet and paid 85$$$ but it was not even close to what the person received!!! I also attach the two pics from what you see on their website and what was delivered, you see it yourself!!! Customer service did not care enough to do something about it!!! Never waste your money!!
My 1st time ordering with 416-florists was for a funeral, and 2nd time just recently for my mom's birthday. My mom loved the basket of flowers, they called ahead of time to make sure someone was home and the arrangement was beautiful. So twice using this florist and no issues with the flowers or with delivery.. my only concern is that I never received any emails with a receipt or order details, which for myself, I like to have confirmation after placing an order!
I am very wary when ordering online so I thought there would be an issue with something but everything was great...The spray I ordered for a funeral were even prettier then the picture, great price too.... The website had some issues with paypal so after i paid for the flowers the order did not go through on the shops end, when i called and spoke to the CSR, she seen my paypal payment and took the rest of my order info over the phone, she was very friendly. I called the day of delivery to confirm that the spray was made and shipped and all was good. The only one complaint is that I did not receive an email receipt but I would order from them again...
Today my husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of roses for our anniversary. I've been married to this man for 45 years and I can count on one hand how many times he's done something this sweet and romantic. He has given me corner store flowers in the past, so I wasn't expecting this. These are absolutely gorgeous. They're the perfect centerpiece for my dining room table. I just had to ask him where they came from, so I can tell you how happy you've made our 45th anniversary. I wish I knew about your company last week for my granddaughter's graduation. I would've ordered her one of your arraignments. :-)

We had 2 weeks to plan a wedding and among the things we seemed to have forgotten was the bride's bouquet! A friend had recommended 416-florist to us, so we decided it was the place to go! 2 days prior to the wedding we went to order my sisters bridal bouquet. To our delight, it was PERFECT! Not only did they deliver it to us at the banquet hall (on time), but it turned out to be exactly what my sister had wanted! Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers...what more could your ask!
I just wanted to give a big thanks to 416-Florist because over the years they have been here for me 100% of the time. This year for mothers day the service was courteous and efficient, and even though I ordered last minute, the quality was still top notch. Again I was very impressed recently with this north Toronto based flower company for my daughters prom and once again they were completely on my team, and the whole process was just seamless. I have received the most gorgeous bouquet of lilies from my boyfriend for our anniversary. The price was better than I could have asked for and the flowers arrived on time. He told me how easy it was to order them and how helpful the staff was, so I think this will be my choice of online flower providers from now on!
I got my mum a bouquet of mixed tulips for Mother's day that's coming up. I placed an order on the 416-florist website a few days ago. I was hesitant at first because the flowers are pretty discounted compared to other online flower shops. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful arrangement of large and fresh tulips delivered to my mum's place. For such a low price, you can still get a great quality bouquet of flowers from 416-florist. I was very happy with their services and I would definitely use them again next year.
I ordered flowers for my mom s birthday from 416 florist, the lady i spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful she went above and beyond to help me decide the flowers and made sure i got beautiful flowers for a reasonable price. The flowers were delivered on time, and were fresh and beautiful. I am really impressed by their service and the flowers.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my lovely wife on her birthday and 416 Florist really came through for me. The arrangement that they sent was stunningly gorgeous and my wife was extremely happy with them, to say the least. The young lady I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and answered the 2 or 3 questions that I had quite easily. She was also very friendly which is refreshing because these days you never know who is going to be helping you. incredibly, the flowers were delivered almost exactly at the time I asked them to be. My wife works part time and I wanted to make sure she would be home when they were delivered. She was, the flowers got there, and I am the lucky guy who got the loving when I got home. I highly recommend Velma and you can be sure I will use them again in the future.
It is a great company that helps you send your love everywhere around the world. i just loved it , it was easy to order and the flowers were amazingly designed.
OK so, my flowers were not delivered on time promised. they promised me to deliver it between business hours but it was actually delivered at 8 pm , however, flower arrangement was pretty and fresh , customer services was polite and helpful, and on the other hand i understand how busy valentine day is for florist with lots of delivers. price was excellent and I loved the flowers and that was all it mattered to make my girlfriend happy :) will def shop from 416florist again
i ordered flowers on the phone for my mom, she received the most amazing arrangement anyone can possibly ask for, the flowers were fresh, on the date promised , and the costumer service was amazing. i would like to thank the hard work, and strongly recommend them .
I ordered a potted plant for new year celebration and the order was delivered on time and packaged very beautifully. They used red color which enhances the festive atmosphere. Thank you 416florist!!!! You are awesome!!! And i will tell my friends about you for sure.

I was very pleased with the service and the delivery. My girlfriend and I were impressed by the display of arrangements and the design was immaculate! I would most definitely recommend this flower shop, especially if you were considering to send flowers outside of Toronto as they do deliver internationally.
