Urban Planet - Fairview Mall

Yesterday 10/12/2019 My family and I went to this store , upon entering there was 2 ladies at the front folding ..Noted (no one greeted us or asked if we needed help once-we were there for some time) Key note: a mix family of 4. We were shopping for our kids camp clothing deciding how many pieces and what is needed. As we were standing there discussing what is needed the shorter young lady who was around us told my son 11 yrs old wearing a brand new hoodie, not to lean on the table of clothing (might I add it was messy not folded) and his elbow was on the clothes which was his height, really!!!meanwhile there are groups at the back : handling clothing , trying them on and all she could come up with is "don't lean on the clothes, " ...hello and welcome or are you finding anything you need or do you need help " would have been very preferable instead !!! Needless to say I felt my family was profiled and we left to another store and might add, spent $1,100.00 plus , great customer service, felt welcomed !!!! To the owner of this location : you might need to re-train your staff to be more welcoming regardless of skin color or how individuals are dressed: money has no color and like our family we don't dress to impress no one , we will spend our money where we feel welcome and treated kindly.

Today I went to Urban Planet and I bought a pair of boots that cost me $ 49.99 and others that cost me $ 39.99, proceed to checkout, the second pair of boots did not have the price and the clerk for convenience passes him the price of the first pair of boots, then the receipt was wrong because the second pair of boots cost $ 39.99 not $ 44.99.After five minutes when I realized the error of the clerk, I go back to the store and I say this, she starts me to say that I have to give my address,phone,name,surname, as if I were to return or exchange the boots when the mistake was or her and who had to give me back my money...it was because he was wrong on the price of the boots...don't understand why I have to give all my date personal when I not made any mistake, I didn't go to change or to return anything, I just wanted that they corrected their error and even over I have to see bad faces, in the end returned me the money that belonged to me but to top it off I had to sign the sales receipt as if I had changed them. It is a shame that so treat customers when the mistake was of the clerk. I don't have because my personal date or have to sign any receipt when I wen to claim a mistake of the clerk. " The deal is shameful "

I recently purchased an item the item was too small so I went to return it the person would only give me store credit not my money back which I wanted and even said it ... The woman didn't even speak English she had to ask her manager to translate for her, I was never told at the time of purchase that I can only return the item for store credit she only told me I had 2 weeks to return it ... Very angry about the customer service .. Now I am stuck with a pair of pants I can't even wear and lost 15$ ... Definitely not going back there clothes are overpriced for nothing

Bought some clothes for the tweens here this weekend. The store is huge and spacious, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff were supper friendly. There is also a program, the details of which you would have to ask my wife about, that gets you further discount - uless you forget to bring the little plastic card.
