P3 Car Wash

Excellent experience with both the owner and his mother. They are so kind and nice to me. I take my car there for the last 10 years and I am always pleased with the way they clean my car, inside and out. THey take special care because I have a dog and they make sure that the inside of the car is free of paw marks, pet hair etc. Thank you.

A couple weeks ago I went to my favorite car wash to have my car cleaned. As it was a weekday I asked him how soon he could get my car washed and he told me it would take over two hours. I said I would come back on the weekend as I had to get back to work, he then started yelling at me in a very aggressive way, that I should “LEAVE THE CAR WITH HIM NOW”. I once again explained that not only did I have to get back to work, but that I had a meeting and it was impossible for me to have it done that day and that I would come back on the weekend. He was still yelling at me to leave my car as I was driving away.

I returned on Saturday and as I pulled up, he screamed loudly that I should go and park my car. I was feeling a little uneasy and wondered if I should just leave, but the car was very, very dirty, almost to the point that it was unsafe to drive. I also had a friend waiting and was already ten minutes late. Plus I was concerned that I had to pick up my dog from doggy-daycare in two and a half hours. I thought I'd just bite the bullet.

I walked in with my key and attempted to be cheerful hoping it would rub off on him. In a laughing way I said “Why are you so cranky?” and he said it was “because when you were here the other day you demanded I wash your car in half a hour,” I told him it was totally untrue, and he knew it and I said “everything is ok, just get over it.” With that he shouted with a frightening grimace “YOU FREAK ME OUT!” He grabbed my keys and ran out to where all the cars were being serviced. I was tempted to chase him to get my key back, but quite frankly I was afraid.
Two hours later I returned to get my car and he yelled at me again that I shouldn't have the “grease” on my car as it made it hard to clean. He was too stupid to understand so I explained to him that it was Rust Check, which was to protect my car from rust. And he said, “What do you care?! Its an old car anyway.”

The following day I got in my car and it was dead. I had it towed to my mechanic who told me that a wire in the car was broken. A few days later as I was driving home it started to snow and my windshield wiper snapped off when I turned it on. Thank goodness I was close to home. Again I took it to my mechanic who told me someone had broken it off????
Must be a coincidence.

I was anxious to find the owner, to report him for his disgusting behavior. After much googling and phone calls, I found out much to my shock and surprise that HE WAS THE OWNER. I also discovered that other women had been verbally abused as well.
No wonder he is crazed, he’s scaring all his customers away.
It goes without saying I will never go back there for a car wash and I can only add: Women beware! He can be a very scary man.

Excellent detailed car wash...all be hand. Always attentive and fairly prompt. Good to call ahead and reserve a time so they know you're coming. Very professional.
