Capital Door service is amazing! They have been consistent in helping me throughout many years. They are always friendly, easy to contact and reliable. I was also very pleased when I ran into a warrantee issue and they arrived the next day!!

Door is nice , opener is nice, installation quite acceptable. After service is nowhere to be found including issuance of final invoice for warranty purposes. Therein lies my main disappointment
I have dealt with capital Door service for 25 years and It has been nothing but a pleasure. I know through out a time frame they were transitioning phone numbers and all customers were advised. Perhaps you missed an email?

I'm so pleased with my new garage door which replaced the original wooden door. It's so beautiful and is more than I expected it to be. The installation was quick and efficiently done by Gordon and his helper and the cost was very reasonable too.
