JMT's was the third quote we obtained. While it was pretty much in line with the others, we were impressed with John's attitude, professionalism and desire to have our business. It took some time for this small job to get worked into his schedule but it was done right and well. The foreman, Kale, was a hard-working dynamo; extremely attentive to detail, meticulous in the clean-up, friendly and respectful throughout. A thoroughly professional and pleasant experience. Warning!!!! This contractor not only does horrible work, When asked to fix his horrible work, he will tell you that you DONT have a warranty. Do not use this contractor for anything, he will shortly have numerous law suits pending and will soon be out of business as a result of them. John the owner has had numerous opportunities over more than a year to make right his poor workmanship. This company and its owner give honest contractors everywhere a bad name.

In my 60 years as an architect & developer I have dealt with many building contractors - good & bad. John & his company rate with the best. He is a very pleasant man to deal with, his quotation was among the lowest,, his crew were competent & hard-working, all his promises were kept. They Painted our house and almost finished it. The owner means well but his lack of management skills and subcontracting has a lot to be desired. The subcontractors did the bare minimum to make it appear painted until called on to review there work. A home owner cannot kkep going over the house and pointing out where only one coat has benn done when it is clearly visible, it's the let's see if they notice and we can get away with it game. Sadly enough we paid one of the higher quoted prices.
