I paid emailed RIM $2000 to ship my car in July, my car was never shipped and I never did recieve my refund. Now they won't answer my calls. Looks like i'm not the only one who was RIPPED OFF!

This is a co. who mainly specialize in "ripping off people". Google their name first, before you send cash. Yes, I was ripped off, one of many---Please do your homework!

I payed to have my daughters car shipped from Edmonton to Nova Scotia. When I finaly called to check when they were going to ship the car I got an email saying they could no longer do it. So I told them I want a refund, she said 5 days. It has been 23 days now and I haven't heard a thing and can't get threw to them. Any suggestions from anyone !!

ouff!! I thought was the only one who was ripped off... I send my car from Edmonton to moncton and it was suppose to take 10 to 12 days but 6 weeks after Richard called me and sais I have to take my car off theyre yard the same day. My car was in Bampton Ontario. I have to called another company (witch help me a lot) to pick up my car there. I am 32 weeks pregnant and can't take the plain anymore. Like everyone said on the web site they where supposed to give me the money bac from ontario to moncton but I am still waiting after 3 weeks and they wan't answer the phone again like they did the whole time they had my car in theyre hand. Dont ever use this company trust me.....

They took my money to ship my truck to Ottawa from Calgary - 2 months ago. My truck is still in Calgary and now they say they can't ship it and refuse to refund me my money. They won't answer e-mails or calls. I had no choice but to call the Police on them and report my truck stolen.

AVOID RIM transportation at all costs. Move on to another company - fast. Don't even ask for a quote. You'll get a quote, they'll get your money & your vehicle and never answer your phone calls again! Trust me. They are liars!!

You will find they have all the confidence and answers, until they make a mistake, and then it seems to be out of their control so they say when you can reach them! I was quoted and paid to have terminal to door delivery, that did not happen, instead of car leaving Calgary depot and going to door 3 hours away, it went to Vancouver 9 hours away. Then was told they are "trying" to find a driver to bring it back. Then was told "drivers" don't want to deliver, then finally car was dropped at a hotel on major highway. When dropped car off was told there would be inspection at other end..who inspected it the hotel clerk??? Finally got car 14 days not the 10 in contract and paid extra 480. for door delivery - that didn't happen so where is my refund. Nobody wants to talk about it surprise surprise. Would never recommend this company. They never once led me to believe there would be a problem delivering, obviously they have this problem lots. Was happy to get car, but they did not fulfill contract and won't even offer a portion of the extra money I paid for door delivery.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had working with a company EVER!
1) they are IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone & 90% of the time are quite rude
2) they don't actually ship the vehicles themselves so they will tell you they have no control over when your vehicle arrives
3) I was promised 9-12 days to ship car from Vancouver to Toronto - it took 1 MONTH
4) When I got to pick up my car they didn't tell me I actually had to pick it up at the J. Simons offices in Toronto & I had to wait around for over 1.5 hours for RIM to pay J. Simons so they could release my car to me!!

I have heard from a few people this is the typical behaviour of this broker, so if you don't want your car to be there on time & you don't have to wait around for hours to pick it up then stay away from these people!

They promised to give the local delivery fee of $95 back to me as I picked up my car myself. But it has been 2 months, I still didn't receive the refund....I had followed up with them a couple of time, but every time I was told I would receive it but never...

A1 Customer service and communication. Would definitely use your services again.
