Well here it is a year after my installation and my experience of Samson's service is nothing short of sensational. They are never too busy to answer questions or resolve any problems (which I might add have been very few). Because I am handicapped, I have Samson's do my water testing and adding of chemicals and just looking after me which they do with a smile.
