Excellent customer service and installation. Terry went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that I was happy with the floor I had chosen and with their service and he had no problem visiting my house in Uxbridge on several occasions to ensure that everything went smoothly. I will certainly be returning when I'm ready to do the upstairs of my house.
