Verified by EmailI feel like they have the best interests of my pet in mind, but also consider the practical and financial implications of expensive vet bills. The options are always laid out on the table and there's no pressure or "upselling". Coming from a rather expensive vet in the East end this was a nice change. I've had a number of lengthy phone calls with the vet that have actually saved me from coming in....bonus.
