Natraj Banquet Hall

This is amazing place . Highly professional staff, excellent food and awesome hospitality. Highly Recommended

- Starter didn't come on time
- During lunch, guests were waiting for long in line for the food to be refilled
- Lunch counter was closed in just 1 hour
- When commitment was for 270 people, they did not even have enough food for 200 people
- Paid $100 for soft drink. However, bartender was not available at the counter for 50% of the time
- Agreement was to give back hall at 4 pm. However, they started taking everything apart at 2:45 pm even when many guests were still inside

All I can say about these guys is unprofessional. Banquet Hall is very good and spacious though. Food quality is hit and miss. We have attended functions hosted by friends at different times and food was good at times, other times it wasn't. Its a family run business but they ought to be professional during the event. There are better choices around in the area.

These people are untrustworthy......worst service ..no commitment..we had a bday party booked at the main hall. We had agreed for 110 people. However we only had 95 guests...even then there was no food in between lunch and the containers were empty in middle of the lunch and people were waiting for refill...when the owners wife was notified she did not even bother to get up from her seat and check.
The menu agreed was malai kofta however thry simply changed it to vegetable kofta without informing us...
The agreed time to serve starters was 12.45 pm but the starters were served only at 1.30 ..even though we requested the owner at 1pm to serve the starter...he did not agree saying that not enouf people have arrived....u enjoy i will see...but the people who did arrive on time were served nothing for 1 hour..
Even the rate that the owners brother agreed was changed by his brother later....

So a completely hopeless experience...overall

I had two birthday's at natraj, one in hall 1 and hall 2, prices are amazing food is incredible and owner is workable with anything! All my guests had a blast and enjoyed!! Much recommended!!!

I had a bday party on 21st march. It was a great pleasure using natraj. Appetizer was awesome. If u r using natraj dnt forget to ask for seak kabbab . Fish . Paneer pakora and spring rolls. They were the best of what I had in past. Time was till 1 am but my party went on till 2.30am. Owner didnt say a word.
Well in nut shell every body who attended were pleased by Natraj and management. Very good behavior.

We had our Christmas party at this location in Dec-2014, and we were very happy with the banquet hall. Deep the owner was very helpful and supportive. He was always available when we needed to contact him. Food was excellent. I would give 5/5 stars for the food - all our guests loved the food. The staff were very pleasant and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this hall, as well consider using it for my future events.

In the weeks leading up to our Engagement Ceremony, we realized that our original venue wasn't going to work and we would be forced to change venues. Call after call, we were continuously rejected for not having a large enough party, or were laughed at for being so late in booking a venue. Stressed and worried, the team at Natraj Banquet Hall came to the rescue; we rented their downstairs banquet hall, and it definitely surpassed our expectations!! The Grewal brothers were friendly, kind, and accommodating to all our requests; the let us come in days early to set up, kept us fed as we worked to put together our decor, found us table cloths and napkins that went with our theme (without a charge!) and even helped us find a reasonably priced and great DJ. Then, when the day finally arrived, everyone raved about how nicely the event came together and how delicious the food was (their Butter Chicken is to die for...on par with a well-known competitor's b.c!) Thank you to the team at Natraj Banquet Hall for helping us put together a wonderful and memorable Engagement Party! We will definitely be hosting all our future events here, and will recommend your services to others!

Had my dads 50th surprise birthday party at natraj and it couldn't have gone any better. The owner Deep was very professional and very, very helpful with making everything perfect. Food was phenomenal. The decor was absolutely beautiful and went with the theme. Definitely recommend Natraj for any event from parties so business conferences. 2 thumbs up.

We held my dads 80th birthday party at Natraj and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the owner Deep was very accommodating , helpful & easy to deal with. The price was also reasonable!!!

By far the best banquet hall in all of gta hands down. The most beautiful hall I have ever seen.The owner Deep was amazing at getting everything organized and together. Also the food is hands down the best I've had at any banquet hall. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking to hold any kind of party or get together for any occasion. In my opinion the best service I have ever experienced. Definitely coming back for any event I'm hosting.

Do not book this venue if you are planning a formal classy event. The owner Deep worked with us through all the plans and was very accommodating and led us to believe that he would meet our expectations. He had a food tasting where we made changes and Deep and the chef were accommodating. However, on the day the food and service was a disaster. The food was not what we had at the food tasting. It was a sit down dinner and they had only 4 waitresses! Deep, his wife and kids, this brother and his family were cooking and were the help in the kitchen! The only course that went well was the first course which was the salad. The soup was served in a dessert bowl! The main course of chicken and salmon was inconsistent both in taste and portions. They were going to serve icecream with a savoury craker!! Due to the lack of servers the dinner took over 3 hours. Some guests did not start their main course until 10:00 pm. Just before midnight Deeps brother who we never met before threatened to close the function down if he was not paid in full. Obviously, at this point they were aware that they had ruined the event. Will never have an event nor recommend Natraj to anyone. They misled us and obviously were just out to make money. They are unprofessional and not capable of delivering a high standard. If we he organizers did not intervene and assist both in the kitchen and supervising what was going on in the kitchen it would have been a disaster.

I had an issue with a prior venue where I was given the run around. I only had 12 days before the party. Deep was very accommodating and sympathetic to my problem. He quickly responded to my request for information as well as DJ connections. Everything went off perfectly with the exception of being short handed due by one helper on the day of the event.

Deep never gave me a hard time with any if my requests and was a pleasure to deal with. He came through with everything he had promised me.

I was given a lot of feedback from my guests that the quality of food was very good.

I had my daughter's first B-day party. It was just fantastic. Amazing staff, the food was mouth watering. All my guests loved the food and the atmosphere. Definatly will recomend to everyone. You will not be disapointed.

Offers the best in professionalism and fantastic service. The bartenders and workers are friendly and helpful. Most, importantly, the owners are friendly and made the event a success.
