Routes Cycle

My name is Sean, I have been bringing my bikes to Routes Cycle for years and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. They are very honest people and know there stuff and always have great prices. The reason I like going to Route Cycle is because the small business gives a more friendly and professional environment. The store is also open long hours, which is a definite plus for me. I would recommend them to anyone

I suggest you do not take your bike to this store. The owner only sells crappy Kenda tubes which are known to be poor quality. He will purposely cause wear and tear on your bike so you come back sooner than needed. Sure he will give you a great price but that doesn't matter if you need to come back more often.
I heard a customer complaining about a part but the owner claimed that the guy took his bike to another bike store who actually caused damage. This doesn't make sense because nobody would do that. He then claimed he is calling the police when the customer wanted the issue to be resolved. The customer wasn't yelling or even upset. Eventually the customer walked out of the store and I followed him. I just don't want to deal with that kind of person.

I am glad I no longer go to this store because I actually have less repairs with my bike. I have been riding my bike for 10 years before going to this store and never had so many problems like this store.
