My first time renting storage space for my mother's belongings.
Tammy & Chris were friendly, informative and very helpful.
It was a pleasure working with them to find the best storage unit suitable for her. The compound is very clean and inside the storage unit area as well. Very pleased with service and price was unbeatable.

We started renting a locker in December 2015. Tammy and Chris were very clear in explaining how renting a locker works at Sentinel. Based on information we provided, they recommended the correct size locker so that we are not paying for unused space. All our dealings to date have been very positive.

Happy with the service , professional and clean until you have a refund coming then they pass the buck to head office which they will not give you contact with . They say refunds come between 10 and 30 days but not cash as I paid only cheque or on MasterCard , was a good customer always paid on time but it's not the same when it's time for your refund ... Not impressed

Have rented a unit for six months and did not have one problem. Facility is very clean and well maintained. The couple that run facility are very pleasant and efficient.

I've had issues on a couple different occasions during my belongings' stay at Sentinal North. Each time I am treated courtiously, fairly and with respect. This most recent time, Tammy, at the Winnipeg North location, was the person that helped resolve the issues for me. I want to thank her here .. she was patient & professional, yet very personable. I would recommend Sentinal to anyone needing storage.

I've been storing my things there for some time, and I have to say leaving my things there, I know I don't have
have to worry.The staff are very friendly and very helpful.And always clean . I have no problem getting in or out ,and that makes it helpful to me as I'm handicapped.I've told my friends all about the storage an if they need to store anything that is the safest place to put things. I was down this fridayon the 15th. and it was the girl who helped me. I enjoy talking to her.

I am currently renting a storage unit and have been since November 2013. I found the office staff courteous friendly and very helpful. The units are in excellent condition and easy to get to. I am at the back of one of the storage facilities, but, there isn't a problem getting to or from it. I would give a 100% recommendation to ayone looking to store their personal belongings at Sentinel Storage on Paramount Rd.

a large easily accessed site from Inkster Blvd .. well maintained summer and winter .. reasonably priced units of all sizes ,, friendly staff ,,
only major complaint is the pylon with the access box outside the office building set too far back from the road way .. access is fine if no vehicles are parked close by , but when they are it is necessary to get out of vehicle to push the access code ( move 6 - 8 ft closer to roadway )

The staff is friendly, the rates are relatively affordable and the site is well laid out. They even provide a truck for move-in if you need one, which is handy if you don't have a truck. Another bonus is the garbage bin and cardboard recycling on site.
