As a first time user of a mortgage broker, I found the experience to be fairly stress free. Simon was knowledgeable and patiently explained all my options so that I could feel comfortable with my decision. He found me a great rate and walked me through the entire process. I was too lazy to do the paperwork and everything related to the mortgage thing! Morcan Direct was a blessing in disguise! They did all the paperwork for me. They saved me the burden of contacting banks and did all the legal formalities concerned with it. It wasn’t stressful, as Morcan Direct made it so much easier for me!
