I’ve been going to Rev MMA for a couple years now and your instructors are above par. I take boxing and Fitzy is the reason I’ve been a member for all these years. He works one-on-one with all his students and makes the extra effort. Part of the reason is I’ve had issues with obesity all my life. Rev MMA is not just a gym with treadmills. It’s a space for mental and physical improvement. I’ve lost almost 15 kilos.

I enrolled my Anya in Junior & Munchkin MMA and she loves it. She initially wanted to join because her older cousin does Krav Maga. She idolizes him and wants to be just as strong. Her teacher is quite lovely and I just want to express my appreciation for your academy.

I’ve been going to the gym for years and the personal trainers cost a fortune. I decided to enrol at Rev MMA for the women’s knock-out program. It’s amazing, the instructors and the entire vibe. I’m very impressed by it and I’m glad I made the switch.

I’ve been hearing so many good things about Rev MMA so I decided to check it out. My girlfriend goes there for personal training and she loves it. I tried the Judo classes and I think it’s going to stick. Outstanding facilities—clean, organized, modern.

I’ve been going to RevMMA at Thornhill for almost a year and not only have I noticed a change in my life but my family sees it too. My self-esteem has dramatically improved and my health is ten times better, particularly core strength and cardio. The encouragement and training I received from Rev MMA has been huge. You get a real community feeling there.

When I looked around for clubs and activities I could join that I actually enjoy while keeping me active and losing the weight, some friends recommended Rev. I was interested in mixed martial arts for some time and really like how much they offer. The motivation you get here is incomparable to other gyms -- you feed off the instructor and other people. I lost 13 pounds so far and with my goal of losing 30 I’m determined to carry on.

I joined a boxing session with a couple of my friends and we've loved our time there. The trainers and instructors are very friendly and professional. They don’t hesitate to call us out on mistakes and form but it always feels like a positive, a way to improve. You really get the feeling that they want you to learn. I love the atmosphere and the attitude they have there and it's excellent to be getting in shape. A lot more fun than the treadmill!

Just wanted to write to say how much I've enjoyed my time at Rev. I've learned how to kick box with Peter who's always informative and upbeat. I find the environment at Rev very motivating -- you feel good sweating through every session. I haven’t gone lately since I switched campuses but will look forward to getting back to it this summer.

My whole family comes to Thornhill RevMMA to workout and take classes. We love the gym and the instructors and actually did our son's birthday there this winter. If you stick with it a few months, the positive change in attitude and lifestyle becomes more and more apparent. It's a great way to ground yourself and participate in a hobby that doesn't involve computers or cellphones for a change.

I was a member at Revolution Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness for two years before moving to Ottawa and my experience there was amazing.

The trainers/coaches do a fantastic job at giving clear instructions and keeping the environment clean and fun. When I make a mistake or start to flag, they will keep you on track. I highly recommend anyone who wants a healthy lifestyle and a great workout to visit Rev MMA.

I started here as a rookie and really surprised myself how quickly I've picked up wrestling. They've got a class coming up for older guys and I'm looking forward to branching out a bit and trying it. It's never too late to get healthy and learn something new. I'm lighter, more fit, and even more disciplined with things like diet and daily habits. Rev was a great decision.

It's a welcoming environment with great staff and trainers who are very motivated and knowledgeable. Watching others work out and train with their coaches, you can see the passion of the teachers rubs off on the students. The Toronto branch is clean, tidy and big. It’s a great place to learn and workout.

I came into Revolution Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness 250 Lbs, extremely overweight for my height. I didn't think I could survive it but I wanted to try. I won't say the instructors are gentle -- they want you to work and push it but always remain respectful. The instructor would motivate me every time I went there and that pumped me up to go back. It will take time, of course, but the weight loss has already started and I have loads more energy. I'd recommend this for anyone.

My friend recommended trying out Revolution MMA & Fitness and my expectations have been met and exceeded. I selected kickboxing and I'm already thinking about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

After attending 3 months of lessons, my endurance has gotten better and my conditioning has been great. I lost 10 pounds of fat and I feel like I'm all muscle right now. Feels great to find something new to love and at the same time keep fit and healthy.

The workouts are very challenging and fun and the instructors really know how to motivate. I'll admit it's intimidating for a 5'1 woman with zero previous training to walk into a place like this but it's the best thing I did over the last year. I want to workout and at the same time learn to protect myself if I ever need to. That's exactly what I get at Revolution MMA.

I was looking for a great gym to workout at that has lessons on different fighting styles and techniques to add to my arsenal. I went in with a fair level of knowledge, having trained at a couple of other gyms in the city. Rev takes the top marks for equipment, space, and training. They really can cater to all levels and desires. It's been great learning a few new moves.

Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, I have to say Revolution MMA is the best for actual learning. There are so many instructors to work with there -- Erik, George, Jamie. They really look to nourish your skills and it's great value for the dollar. I've always had a wonderful time working out there.

I am a crazy gym rat now, something I never expected. Learning mma isn't the same as hitting the weights or treadmill by itself. You really feel that each lesson builds on the last and that you're training your mind as much as your body. I’m at Rev MMA frequently now, getting stronger and better, and also changing my lifestyle and even my attitudes. I've seen a significant improvement in my health.

There were a few gyms I had in mind but this is a gym with a difference. Unlike previous attempts to get in shape, I've actually survived longer than a month and really look forward to going back. Twenty pounds down and twenty left to lose.

I love working with the trainers. They're great motivators, highly skilled, and understand when you're ready for more or still need help. Thank you for everything.

I had lots of fun learning about a new sport, kickboxing. It's a great workout and really gives confidence that you can control and take care of yourself. I joined with two friends and we always end our workouts exhilarated and ready to come back for more. The trainers and staff really push you to your limits. Rev MMA is fun, clean, and friendly.

My husband and I signed up with my two kids at Rev in Thornhill because we really felt martial arts was a good way to ground and motivate them. It’s a lot better than video games! Rev is a friendly and welcoming environment with excellent staff members. They treat kids and adults with the same respect. My kids absolutely love it there.

They have so many talented instructors at this place. I’ve learned a couple lessons from each of the different fighting styles: CrossFit, Muay Thai, Brazilian, Krav Maga, Boxing and Combat Fitness. I've ultimately stuck with Muay Thai for a few months and seen great results. I was even confident enough to join in a friendly Muay Thai competition in the fall.

I joined one of their classes and I can tell their instructors are very passionate and it has a positive effect on everybody in the room. I really recommend MMA. It's not just for tough guys -- I'd never tried anything like it when I first walked in. It will get you out of your comfort zone in the best sense.
