Dial ONE Schilling Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I live in a condo building that is styled like an Italian Villa and everyone could hear the loud rumbling sound of my Air Conditioner. I have an upstairs home office and my old central AC unit would barely cool the upstairs but freeze the downstairs. Dial ONE Schilling installed a mini-split AC unit upstairs and it is so quiet and effective - it cools the entire place - one unit - cools the whole place! It is my understanding that it consumes significantly less energy. I am thinking about removing the old AC and using the space that houses the fan/distribution unit as a broom closet! #dialoneschilling #mikemapes #joestafano
