Bought a nice expensive tv, after a couple of months it started buzzing really really loudly. Had someone from advance come down to repair it and they told us all plasma's make that buzzing noise. Which is BS considering I own and have friends and family that own other plasmas!

My LG phone was not working properly. I paid for 2 yr extended warranty. LG said it had humidity damage and would do nothing. Advance agreed to check it as well. When I came to pick it up they then informed me either I pay 35 dollars for this check or they keep the phone. So much for my extended warranty which was not refunded either. The phone should have at least been checked on that. I expect my warranty money should have been refunded but was not. I feel ripped off as this warranty period was only used for 8 months of a 24 month period. Now I have to finish my 2 year contract on an older and far lesser phone with no warranty.

Over the years I have purchased ,cell phones and several TV,s and from dropping my cell phone in the toilet to my kids knocking the TV of the stand they have all been repaired at the Advance T.V, repair depot on Erin St.Eric was the gentleman I spoke to each time about my repairs and I can only say Thank you for the best service I have ever experienced in my life.Everything was repaired on the time promised and the estimates were always accurate.Thanks again Ron Kolesar

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Kept my video camera for over 6 months! Didn't do ANYTHING!! Told me if I wanted my camera back I have to pay $165.00 diagnosis fee but they couldnt provide me with a printed diagnosis transcript or analysis!!! Only said "we'd have to replace the deck" at 2/3 the cost of a brand new one!!!! I swear I will never Never NEVER deal with Advance Electronics again!!!!!!!!
