My LG phone was not working properly. I paid for 2 yr extended warranty. LG said it had humidity damage and would do nothing. Advance agreed to check it as well. When I came to pick it up they then informed me either I pay 35 dollars for this check or they keep the phone. So much for my extended warranty which was not refunded either. The phone should have at least been checked on that. I expect my warranty money should have been refunded but was not. I feel ripped off as this warranty period was only used for 8 months of a 24 month period. Now I have to finish my 2 year contract on an older and far lesser phone with no warranty.
