After reading the first posting, we were a little wary but took a leap of faith and went with Aladdin to carpet our lower level. Are we ever glad we did!! They offered a much better price than quoted elsewhere for the exact same product, and their service was excellent.

Besides great price and service, we have to say that their professional installers were outstanding! Their quality of work and attention to detail are miles above what we have experienced with previous carpet installations.

Just can't say enough about our positive experience with Aladdin carpets....they are the best!

these guys are princes

it is not often you find people that have the knowledge of; and love their business as these guys do.

if you are looking for $1.50 a square foot, wear out in a month quality, keep driving out to the big box stores.

If you are willing to spend a little more for quality and experienced design help, I heartily recomend Aladdin. This is the third time in 5 years we have bought rugs here and have never been disapointed with the quality, service or price.

I went to this location in the hopes of carpeting my new home and buying several rugs. I arrived close to 6 pm. The doors were open and the open sign was on.
I was told that they do not sell to the public. I said why are you advertising in your window. He said the economy is so bad they would take money from anyone even someone like me. He proceeded to tell me he is not interested in my business and to get out he wanted to close.
We left. I would not put a penny into their pockets. I will spend double the amount anywhere else.
I can imagine what his policy is for customer satisfaction .... NONE!
Do not go there, do not shop there. He needs to understand that the customer has a right to being treated with a bit of respect and dignity. Any business needs consumers.
