Take your vehicle anywhere but here!!!!! Poor Service & TERRIBLE work!!! The first two reviews pretty much explain my same experience.

Was sent to Apple Autobody by the insurance company, and had the worst experience possible. Was told, it was a simple and quick fix, but after 3 weeks (1 longer than promised) there were many many problems with the repairs, including but not limited to, scratches on the freshly painted panel, dull spots in the new paint, missing decals, improperly applied decals, bumper on crooked, parts not fixed, parts not painted. Had to go back 3 times, where Ray the owner swore at me and told me that the repairs were as good as it gets. Horrible service, and brutal workmanship. Have complained to insurance company about this shop and had an independent appraiser back up my claim that the work was sub par.

I needed to go back 3 times to get my issues finally resolved. Ray, the owner, tried to charge me every time even my problems were result of negligence. I strongly advised not to do business. Very poor service.
