dropped truck off,was told 3hrs got call at 4pm telling me that the had cut the remote cable and couldn,t splice it but if i hurried down they had called the remote shop and they would get me in right away. said no thanks you drive it to repair shop. picked up truck next a.m. remote box hanging by wire asked for some glue,tech.came out and used 2 sided tape to glue it on an angle low enough to be in field of vision.had to go,drove away and noticed wind noise.new yrs eve so had to wait till jan.2 called to explain that the molding was sticking out on passenger side and i was getting a lot of wind noise also my remote wasn,t working. owner did not seem concerned she offered to reglue the remote sensor.not much else.would never go there again,will alert others, wish i had been warned.
