I booked an appointment for a manicure with bio sculpture gel. When I got there they told me they didn't have bio sculpture gel. We decided to do acrylic which I had never had before. I wasn't liking it and the manicurist became impatient and rude, refused to fix it because she had another client, called the owner and he took her side - just said to soak it off but not fix it. Finally she continued, she was so rough she cut me three times and I was bleeding and in tears when I left.

The salon shouldn't say they have something when they don't, and if they have to try something new because they can't do what they promised you they should make sure you're happy.

The hair stylists are great and the salon is spacious and comfortable. I appreciate that the hair stylists aren't answering phone calls during my appointment. Elspeth is the best hair stylist I've ever been to!!

Have only had a pedicure & manicure at Axiom once and that was great but the prices are not competitive with other places or I would book more often.

I do want to mention that I do not find the new chairs & sinks comfortable in the hair salon. It was uncomfortable for my back and also the neck and back of head. The back of my head was quite sore the next day. Not sure if improvements could be made.

Overall a great experince whenever I've been to Axiom.

The new sinks are awful. They don't work for tall people and the massaging is not suitable as one is not in a sitting up position but laying back. It pushes the back alignment out, especially for someone with neck, shoulder or back problems. Where did you get them from?

The aestheticians and hair specialists are excellent. However, the spa itself is too noisy...while getting a facial, the loud sounds of the tanning machine can be heard, and there is too much traffic through the spa area. Some attention to the layout of the spa would be beneficial.
