By far the worst gym in barrie! Absolutely horrible service... the girls at the front desk are not friendly or helpful.. calling their phone number to cancel is a nightmare. they continued to withdraw money out of my account after i cancelled in three different ways. basically monkeys are running that business. and all of the equipment is old and crappy. do not join this gym if you don't want to deal with a headache months after you've cancelled

This gym may be "clean" But their staff and administrators are very hostile! We were members of this club for quite some time $30 a month.  After this year we decided to cancel our memberships du to financial reasons.  Telling them this they refused to cancel our membership even though we had given written notice including the 30 days to do so.  They continued to withdraw funds on different days which incurred increased service charges at the bank and NSF Fees. These people are the equivalent of door to door "sales" men that try to rip off people that sell fake hot water heaters.

For your own safety avoid this unethical business!!!

This gym always has super friendly staff its probably the cleanest gym I've ever trained at and now they even bring you towels while your training to wipe down the machines. the atmosphere is great and you never feel like people are starring you down.

I got a membership primarily to play squash. When the club went belly up they demanded I transfer to another club and continue paying even though they don't have squash. What a joke! If you want a good club don't go to Ultimate Fitness in Barrie!
