First off, Alison does not have any experience in building construction, electrical, HVAC operations or public service delivery. So, with this person running the property management company, she will use a bluff type manner of business operations where she will basically tell you a lie as she does not know the answer and when you challenge her with the information that she is giving you, she will then turn rude and dismissive. Alison knows very little about statutory law, regulatory law and case law. Therefore, as mentioned above she will lie or give a half truth to try to turn you away.
Alison is not a very nice person, she is not at all discreet in the management of her affairs, meaning that she has no problem at all talking about tenants and unit owners in the condominium in a very unwelcoming and disparaging manner. This type of management is the height of non-professionalism and very self defeating. She does not realize that you can deliver information, even bad news in a professional and intelligent manner and when you do good work, people generally will respect you.
There are many disgruntled people in the large condominium where I live who absolutely dislike and even hate Alison and her team as they run the condo like a totalitarian regime.
She seems to have learned her business acumen from the school of Mao Tse Tung.
