Purchased our Sub Zero/Wolf appliances, Marc was a wonderful person to deal with, we came 3 times to their showroom (which is a landmark on its own) before we made our decision and Marc never once pressured us and we appreciated that - we did go to another company to price everything out and Best Brand Appliance was over 1K less expensive overall. Also wanted to say thank you to Nick and Q, they were the delivery team that came to our house and they are absolutely amazing, helped my son move his bedroom set to the basement and didnt ask for a penny, overall it seems everyone associated with this company is A++++++++++++, thanks again Thomas

When you are looking for appliances, don't waste your valuable time by going to multiple appliance dealers just go straight to Best Brand, this is your one stop shop for a great selection, fantastic pricing and a level of customer service that is rarely seen anymore.

We were having our kitchen renovated and we shopped around different stores, getting confused with the selection out there. Finally we came to Best Brand and spoke with David. He spent the time asking about our needs and requirements and providing suggestions based on his vast knowledge, we never felt pressured to make a decision. David put together the pricing for us and we left, after a few days reviewing the different stores we had been to we decided that Best Brand was the place to purchase from. We felt a level of comfort with David and knew that we would be taken care of if there were any issues.

David held our appliances until our renovation was at the stage for installation, delivery was great and professional.

A couple of months after installation we had a problem with our hood, the manufacturer wasn't very helpful so we decided to call David and explain the problem. Within two days David had sent us the replacement parts at zero cost - WOW.

Thanks David for all your help - you are top of our refferal list for sure.

I never write reviews, this is probably the first one I have ever wrote be it a hotel stay, or anything else. I felt I had to, considering this company took care of my family so unbelievably well. We purchased 7 appliances in 2012, everything from purchase to delivery was fantastic, the prices were off the charts (for the same price big box stores sell avg brands I got premium for less). Unfortunately our dishwasher kept having problems throughout the year, I get a call not from their service dept. (who we spoke with once), but from the owner who not only apologized, but sent us a new dishwasher, $600 more in value then the one we bought, uninstalled the lemon and installed the new one 0 cost. My wife was shocked, and to be honest so was I. These days your lucky if you get in touch with a human being on the phone, let alone a call from the owner of a big company. Thank you Sam, thank you Best Brand Appliance. You have our loyalty, and our referrals forever. We are still speechless, your truly Danny, Shiela, Marcus, Anthony and Ruby

Purchased all my Kitchen appliances from BEST BRAND Appliances. Sam really helped us out and truly listen to what we wanted. We explained our bad experiences with other appliances in the past and above all poor experience getting after sales support when we needed it.

After our purchase from Best Brand we had a chance to test their support. We had experienced several failures on the Stainless Steel fridge. Best Brand went out of their way and contacted the manufacturer directly on our behalf. Bottom line was we got the Fridge replaced with another brand and a full refund for the service charges incurred with the "Lemon Fridge" I would never shop anywhere else for appliances. Take it from me. These guy's back up what they sell!!!! at very reasonable prices

We found Best Brand Appliance after many months of research to redo our kitchen. Because they offered such good service and they were so knowledgeable, we decided to buy all of our appliances there. They also referred us to an excellent kitchen cabinet designer (California Kitchen & Bath) who also offered excellent service and delivered the kitchen of our dreams. Everything that Josh promised he delivered with the highest quality (delivery, referral for installation - Wayne at Connect Appliances, etc.). I can't say enough about those guys, I recommend them without any hesitations!

I went to Best Brand Appliance because i am not knowledgeable of appliances and i was hoping they would be able to help me select the best options for my new kitchen, they are after all experts yes?? I walked in with all the rough in measurements listed on a piece of paper for a stove top and oven and simply asked what would be the best option and sizes to fit my needs. After spending over $8,000.00 i received my Miele appliances two weeks later only to find out that both the stove top and the Oven DID NOT FIT THE ROUGH-IN!! I went back to the store and was told from the same sales person who sold me the units that the rough in sizes that i had shown him would not match any Miele pieces....SO WHY DID HE SELL ME THESE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! I spoke to the store manager and to end a long pathetic story they would not do anything for me. so it is quite evident that i was a victim of a sales person needing to get his numbers up with Miele and i was the right sucker at the time. It cost me an additional 500.00 to retro-fit the Miele pieces they so carelessly sold me. At the very least they could have sympathized with my issue and admitted they tricked me and tried to help my situation. BE AWARE!!!!

My cousin recommended I go to Best Brand Appliances and he was so right. I dealt with Josh and he was so friendly and knowledgable. I knew I wanted an Electrolux Washer and Dryer and Josh said I'd love them and I do. From the purchase to the delivery there were no problems and everyone involved was amazing. Josh also has the best prices. I highly recommend purchasing from Best Brand Appliances!!!

My husband and I came in 2 months before we closed on our home. We thought the house need just some minor touch ups, which end up being major, and delayed us almost 5 months. Gerald held our appliances without any questions, and assured us not to worry. The service we received from Gerald, from beginning to the 7 month long end, was just amazing. I've always thought the stores have their own people write the review , so I normally don't pay much attention to them. But I could not go without writing one myself. The experience was just wonderful, the service , the prices, and MARC AZULAY, very knowledgabe guy. I asked the questions , he anwered without skipping a beat. My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping for all the appliances. I would recommend them to anyone . They even kept the price until I did a price match....now if that is not service I dont know what is . Great Job Marc.

Most impressive aspect of this company is not their price, service or showroom which is above and beyond competition,its actually how non-agressive their sales team is. We built a custom kitchen and had to go in a couple times before specs were confirmed, so naturally we were helped by a couple different sales people (Al and Gerald), never once were we pressured to put down a deposit as we were at another company. Aside from feeling wayyy more comfortable dealing with best brand, their prices were better as well and every time My husband and I were their we were offered coffee/espresso etc. Our kitchen turned out amazing, thanks in large part to Best Brand Appliance. This company is in a league of their own !!!!

the dishwasher came compeletely damaged - we had a chance to test their fantastic reviews, and Best Brand Appliance came through with flying colours. Really an amazing company, the customer service was out of this world, and the their pricing was by far and away better then the other 2 companies we went to. Would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the dishwasher did come damaged and although they took care of me immediately, I still had to wait for another to be delivered in 2 days. Would absolutely recommend !!!

I was in over the weekend and was looking for electrolux appliances, they have a huge selection on this brand,and I saw the appliances I wanted and nobody else had the speed oven in ontario, they had it all. Prices were also great.

I went in Saturday looking for a Sub-Zero Refrigerator and it was very busy but someone gave me coffee and donuts and after 5 minutes I was helped by David, I was explained everything about the appliances I was interested in and I really enjoyed the prices.

As far as service, selection, and standing behind a product, there is no better company to deal with than Best Brand Appliance.

We purchased an appliance over 1 year ago, and were experiencing a number of problems with it. Josh, without any hesitation worked with the manufacturer to get us a replacement and make sure that we were 100% satisfied.
