We just had a great experience with Andrew as trainer. He asked us great questions that helped him pinpoint precisely why our Bailey was reacting negatively to friendly people. He used human examples to explain to us what Bailey was thinking, and then he clearly demonstrated the training methods we needed to use to fix the problem. This is a really important step because if you don't understand what to do, you'll never be able to teach your dog what to do! He followed up with a second visit to help us polish our technique, and also took two phone calls with more questions. Bailey is doing great.
