I purchased airport vouchers for Best Limo from TeamBuy. I bought 2 but wouldn't be needing them so I passed it to a very good family friend. She called them one week ahead to book a reservation. She was asked to put the request online which she did. She contacted me to ask where I got the voucher because she wanted to follow up after 4 days of waiting for an email confirmation. I told her I will do it for her.

I called Best Limo 2x but only got the answering machine. I left a message giving most of the information needed to get a confirmation & gave my friend's telephone number. She did not hear anything the day I called & I was not very happy with Best Limo's response time.

I contacted TeamBuy and somebody was helpful enough to call them. THEY did not hear anything from the limo company. I don’t really know how other airport limo companies work but if they also require 24-hour notice for reservations then it would be too late for my friend to get a confirmation elsewhere. Best Limo was contacted 6 days before the date of departure and we did not hear a hoot from them. I must say that their name do not match their service (or lack of). This is quite unacceptable. I`m getting my refund in the mail. What a waste of time. Don`t book from this company!

They are the the most disorganized and unreliable limo company I have ever used. They screwed up a simple request for an airport pickup so I was left stranded at the airport at 3am. Their reservation system is messed up. You need to "reserve" on their online system but they won't get back to you to confirm until 24 hours prior to needing their service. Which made it difficult when you are on vacation in a country has really no access to phone or internet. I made this clear to the owner of the company and I wouldn't be able to check voice mail or email and want to ensure I get picked up. He said it wouldn't be a problem as long as I give the driver (I used them for my way to the airport) my return flight schedule and flight number. I didn't feel comfortable with the idea and actually called on the day my return to give my flight number, terminal, and time of arrival to the owner (it cost me a lot of money for that phone call). The owner said it wouldn't be an issue. Did my ride arrive at the airport? Of course not. The guy at the prearranged limo area (at the airport) told me there is no record of this company or me on their computer system. He even checked the record for another terminal. This is a horrible company and completely unreliable.
