I had this company come in and install a new High Eff Gas Furnace and was very happy with the quality of workmanship.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR GAS REPAIRS... I called them in to service my gas fireplace, and without even taking it apart they starting saying they needed to do all this work. When I started questioning them they said they were just going to "red tag" it so I couldn't use it and would have to have it repaired in 30 days. (not a problem as there is something wrong with it-thats way I called them in right away) When I looked at the red tag it said there gas detector went off, at no time did a gas detector go off, nor did they look at one! When I started to question this the one person left my house, I refused to sign it without seeing the gas detector in his pocket and he refused, sensing something was wrong I asked for him and his associates names as well as TSSA number. He refused and left my house-saying the gas company would get everything. They left no paperwork. I called Enbridge and the TSSA immediately. TSSA indicated they are not licensed under that business name or under Bill Penney. I also looked online and found they operate under 3 different addresses, 400 Bayfield, Brock Street, and Minets Pt,and Innisfil, as well there are complaints on the better business bureau. Beware of this company!
