I also agree they are unethical and unprofessional, They will cut any corners, and take a very long time to build. We were forced to get a lawyer to deal with them. We could not do it ourselves.

Alot of problems

Unethical and unprofessional. They allegedly burnt down a house and made and insurance claim which was refused. They are currently building a professional building under the business name Guild Developments and have hit with wall with several lawsuits and liens against them. No building schedules and the craftmanship is shitty. They cut corners everywhere. As well, they are trying to move forwards with condo highrise named the Hamptons. Beware -- they are close to bankrupcy.

  They are also called Bridgeport Homes. Really bad builders.
  

  They have delayed our house by 2 years. We are still waiting to get possession but they keep making lots of mistakes.
  
  Cut corners, poor workmanship, liars. Do not ever build your home with them. Also known as Roanex, Barclay, Guild, Blackpool. They start up a new company whenever they go bankrupt.
