My experience up until recently was that Blacks provided good quality photography equipment and mid level photo finishing. I would now recommend that people think twice about using them for anything that may require customer service. 4X6 printing okay but any actual products in their "outsource" or specialty items would be questionable. Customer service in store and on line is slow at best and non existent at certain times of the year.
