I have been a customer at Bosleys for more than 10 years. In the past two years they have continually gone downhill. A few days ago I was in the store. It was dirty, trashy, staff to busy to assist. Eventually I interrupted a staff conversation to seek assistance. They did not have what I wanted although it is normally carried. I was offered no information as to when this might be restocked, could they phone when it was in. In short they couldn't have cared less. Well, neither can I "Bye".
