Had my broken truck window replaced there, was told it would take about an hour and I could either wait for it there or get a ride home and a call and pick up when ready...I choose the ride....4 hours later and no call....I phoned them and the fellow on the phone said "your truck is done and sitting here" and he knew nothing of calling or pick up and he would have to get someone to call me....15 min. later Mike called and when asked why I wasn't called said that the window took longer because they had to clean the broken glass out(which actually had been done the day before). No apologies offered...seems to me the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing...can not recommend Boyd Auto Glass and will not use their services again.
