My experience with this location has not been good. I would not recommend going here. Felt like was given excuse after excuse for not having the vehicle ready...wrong part ordered, part received but wasn't complete, tech was not in to work on vehicle, had to go back to MPI for authorization... If after one week they would have said, hey look this is going to take longer than we originally planned, we're going to need another week, it would have been a little annoying but understandable. Instead after a week it felt like every day it was a new excuse and they were the ones saying to call back next day to see if it would be ready. When finally picked up, had problems with vehicle. Unresolved at this point as we don't want to lose vehicle again for several days. To top it off, courtesy car received had no autopac sticker and although they promised to either call when they received a sticker or provide a different courtesy car, in 2 weeks this was not done.

My experience with this establishment was fantastic from start to finish. I was treated very well by the friendly staff. Making sure this was a smooth and easy experience seemed to be their first priority, and I would definatley recommend this establishment!
