Twice I have been in there, an both times, though second the worse, I was made to feel a nuisance.

The second time was yesterday, my sisters wedding is coming up in July, so we went in simply to check out the bridesmaids selection and have our measurements and dresses picked out - not ordered yet. As soon as the woman good out we would not be paying and ordering at that time - her attitude changed completely. I have never felt so rushed, in the way and insignificant in any place of business before. She was talking to me rudely while I was still looking at dresses, telling me to get into the changeroom with re few dresses I had just out in there. I don't often shop for dresses so I wanted to be sure I was trying on a selection of dresses I liked. After being rushed into the change-room I was asked multiple times in a rude voice to narrow it down before I had even tried 3 dresses on.

There was more rushing an I ended up being there for a whole of 20 minutes and picked a dress just for the sake of feeling a nuiscance but was too nervous to ask to were down anther dress I had liked so I could decide on another date.

I have honestly never felt so crappy in a store. Completely unimpressed and I don't even want to go back.

They lied to me about the designer. I bought the dress, discovered that all of the "sellnig points" about the designer didn't hold up, and now they are telling me no refund. She lied twice about the designer-the most flagrant time was when I called for the style number. I went in again to try and find another dress and she was horrible to me. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. If you do, prepare to be lied to and treated like crap.

please really be careful and check your sizes--they measure,they make a mistake your dress doesn't fit--yet it's paid in full--what are your options?
