Please don't shop here. Save yourself the aggravation. The manager for this store is rude and aggressive. She doesn't listen to the customer's needs or wants and is highly insensitive. The receptionist is just as rude as the manager. I feel sorry for the sales girls that work here and have to put up with them. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here and did not get what I ordered. All the dresses had issues with fit (there were drastic alterations that needed to be made not sure why they took down measurements at all!) and quality of poor garment construction. The store manager took no accountability for the poor manufacturing instead she made excuses and insults and caused more aggravation. You are better off going to a mass retailer to purchase your dresses. Good luck to those who have already ordered from here.

Where do I begin!!! we went in to look at bridesmaid dresses, I wanted the girls to see the dresses I picked in person. we Chose a dress but we didn't like the skirt Part and we asked if the dress could be altered to the style we liked, the head streamstress Caroline said it was not an issue and we asked her how much it would cost to have it altered to our liking she told us $35 for the bridemaids and $45 for the maid of honor.... well we got her to put this in writing and she did and signed it. fast forward to about 2 months later, I went in to look at Mother of the bride dresses with my mom and the sales lady that was giving to us was rude as hell, she kept walking off to see other people there, and when I had questions she would tell me "she knew what she was doing" WTF I then told her that I'm not questioning her work, i'm simply asking a question about the dress, she did not answer anything or go look for someone who could help, whatever my mom liked the dress and I went to go pay. at the front dress I asked to speak to a manager but one was not available, so I told the girl up front AMANDA and she told me that she would talk to LINA the Manager! I got the call that the girls dresses were in and I booked the appointment. We get there and the SAME lady who I got when I went in with my mom took us and right away it was as if she remembered me, she walked away never to be seen!! we went to the back the girls got their dresses pinned and set and when we were all done we were told to go to the front to pay.... we get to the front and we hand her over the paper that Caroline wrote to confirm the price of the alterations and she says that Caroline does not work there and they can not honor the paper!!!!! WTF thats not my problem, she asks for the streamstress to come to the front and the lady saids the same thing, that she will not honor it, (NOTE this lady SAW Caroline write the damm thing) I mention this to her, she plays dumb of course, so they call the manager, she says that she will not honor it as well!!! I started to fume I tell her that at the time we bought the dress we asked the questions we needed regarding alterations and now they are trying to play it that they do not know anything about this. Then the girl at the front desk tells us we have to PAY NOW so with a lot of other brides there and Mothers and Bridesmaids I said in a loud tone!! " this is how you guys con women! you order Sizes way to big and then you hike up alteration costs because you know women have no choice but to alter the dress to fit" I told them I was going to mention what I experienced to ALL my brides and I was going to spread it all over the net!!!! 3 groups of girls also walked out and they also told us they were going to spread it to other girls and family/ friends!!!

BRIDAL IMAGE/IMPRESSION BRIDAL is rude and unprofessional and they treat their custoemrs like garbage!!!!!

  I completely understand - I went through something similar - I think you should complain to the Better Business Bureau of Canada. These people should not be in business. They have no idea what they are doing.

I went to Bridal Image with my mother to look for a wedding gown. It was supposed to be a happy experience, but the owner/sales person was very rude to us ! The store wasn't busy at all (even for a Saturday) and the lady who was supposed to be 'helping' us pretty much ignored us. We wanted to try on a gown and she told us "no, that isn't the one you want". I know what I want, it's not up to a salesperson to tell me what I DON'T want. Anyway, I will not go here or recommend it to anyone.

My wedding was on June 14, 2009 and I purchased my Wedding Gown and 5 Bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Image. We all had a very good experience the Salesperson was very knowledgable and knew exactly which Wedding Gown style was flaring to my body figure (I am 5'2" 125pounds). I want to thank everyone at Bridal Image for being part of my special day. I recommend this Bridal Shop to ALL Brides and Bridal Party. Thank you.

This store must be running some sort of scam! I was in a bridal party 4 years ago, and all of the girls had the dresses rush ordered, 3 months before the wedding. Not one of us gained any weight, but yet ALL dresses needed to be altered DRASTICALLY! The lady at the store said to me," You've gained weight, don't worry honney, we've all been there," and patted my shoulder! I honestly hadn't gained a pound!

Now for my own wedding, my girls also had their dresses ordered 3 months prior. Not only did they not call to say the dresses are in, but when my sister, who is literally 100 pounds went to try on her dress and the dress wouldn't even try to zip up, they too told her, she had gained weight. My mother and sister booked an appointment with them for alterations. I quickly changed that- no way were they going to squeeze out another penny from us. I think this store is running some sort of a scam. My maid of honor's dress they screwed up so bad, they shipped it back themselves, and wouldn't even tell me why or how bad it was! they also told one of my other bridesmaids when she was getting measured she was WIDE! She is 5"4 and 128 pounds! WIDE? Can you say rude!

Totally not worth the stress and hassle of shopping at this store believe me!
