Purchased a Rocky Mountain Element 50 MSL online from Browns at an unbelievable price. JP was very quick to respond to my questions and professional. The bike was was to Vancouver brand new in the factory box with all the factory packing material. Not one scratch! I still can't believe i got this bike at this price!

I bought a new road bike there and then I realized there were lots of scratches on the seat tube and somewhere else. Lots of noises. It looks like an used one. That is fine cuz it was on sale for an amazing price, but at least I need it to be under a good condition. I also realized the rear deraileur not working very well, I cannot shift to the biggest gear so I took it back there to tune it up. When they told me its done, it even get worth. I can shift to the biggest gear now but the others are making lots of noise and not keeping in the same gear now. I am googling it to do it by my self to fix that and not going there anymore

I personally have had A great experience with Bowns. I started Spinning classes there about 1.5 years ago and found the staff great. Not only do I spin there but I also have purchased my $4000.00 race bike there and have had friends that have purchased bikes and accessories there. I am a personal trainer and have refered friends that have spinning studios and they have even gone as far as purchasing spinning bikes of Browns and have had nothing but good feedback. The owner is a great guy and has been nothing but good to me. I have never been at the tail end of any negativity and I have not even purchased water bottle anywhere else but Browns.
And no I don't work there. If someone is a little rude well everyone is intitled to a bad day I know I have then!!!!!!!
BROWNS IS ONE OF THE BEST BIKE STORES IN THE CITY.

Brought my bike in to get some work done and they gave me a great deal and took the time to look at my bike. Unlike the two snotty stores down the street that didnt even give my the time of day when i brought in my commuter in for some work. Nice to have a family run business still thriving in the Bloor west village.
