I went to Buff Lounge a few weeks ago and was thrilled to meet and receive amazing services from Nick - he is the jack of all trades !! His massages are incredible ...pure magic hands!
I 100% recommend going there and booking with him :)

Terrible place, very shoddy job. Oversells group deals then refuses appointment (if you tell them you don't have a voucher they magically can fit you in otherwise they are completely booked.

RECONSIDER... July 29, 2011

Since I live in the area I decided to try this place out for a manicure and pedicure. The place seemed to be quite chaotic and unprofessional- attendants eating lunch while sitting at the front desk and opting to check facebook rather than answer the phones. The esthetitian was far from friendly- bad talking her peers as she was giving me a pedicure. Additionally, she added an unprecedented amount of nail thinner to the polish right in front of me (a tactic that stretches out the shelf life of the polish and substantially decreases the life of the manicure/pedicure). Needless to say, after leaving with a much lighter wallet and sub-par mani/pedi that lasted one week, I will never return to this overhyped, underwhelming neighbourhood salon.

The eyelash extensions that I had put on there were amazing. They don't advertise them on their website but this is a very well kept secret. The lady who does them was very professional and gentle and it was a totally relaxing experience. I plan to return for more when I return to TO.

Got a Pedicure here...and I have to give the Ladies that work here a big round of applause!! They have a very clean establishment, and provide top notch service.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time, and were both really impressed. They used brown sugar as an exfoliant and also wrapped our feet in hot towels. They really know how to pamper their clients!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place...but do note that they aren't cheap.

Good things cost in life my dears, if you want to have an experience that will make you write a review than you have to pay big.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

At Buff, our goal is to provide you with efficient and quality services in an immaculately clean environment. That’s why we take great care in the cleanliness of our environment, and the healthiness of the products and services that we offer.
The nail industry in Canada is completely unregulated, leaving the door open for many nail salons to offer their customers service in an unhealthy environment - often using unsanitary tools and implements. Not only can this be an unpleasant experience, it places you, the customer at risk for any number of diseases and health risks. We want you to leave with a great manicure - not a fungus!
