I'm not sure if they did a good job or not-- still don't have my vehicle back. But one thing they lack is good customer service. They were not upfront about a courtesy car, telling us there would be one available when there wasn't. We found out our vehicle sat for about a week without work being done on it- they could have let us know the situation and told us to bring our vehicle in the next week so that we weren't stuck without anything to drive for no reason. They also never returned calls when they said they would. Our vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday, and we had to call them late in the day to find out it wouldn't be ready until this morning. We didn't receive a call this morning like they said we would, so we had to call them again to find out that it "should" be ready by the end of the day.
This is just a brief explanation of the drama that has been going on. Even if the vehicle comes back to us immaculate, I will never bring my business to them again.
