this guys at ogilvie rd location do not care about what they quote the customer for repair statement. fail to notify you of going ahead with repairs without asking if you are ok with the new charge. well tough luck go to the counter find out about over charge tell them you dont agree with new charge because thats not what was agreed and signed for. good luck trying to get the service manager there to talk to you or return a call he was garunteed to return

I must say that it is hard for women to get an honest deal when it comes to fixing cars. I have had nothing but the best service from the guys in this store. I have always been dealt with respect. Everything is explained to me and I am not treated like a child. I also don't feel like being ripped off. My cars run well and I get the best service ever....Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

At around 12:30 on 2008-06-08 I entered the store and, mindful of the numerous "Please leave all parcels at the courtesy (?) desk, I attempted to do so. One girl approached me and...served the guy behind me! Well, one idiot doesn't make a whole store so I waited and another clerk looked at me in the eyes, took one step towards me and...walked away! I followed his example.
