Today I was off to wait for a delivery from Canpac.

At 10:17 I checked the tracking on the website and saw that "I was absent at home".

I phoned and they told me I was lying and that I may not have heard my ring. Later they told the deliver had "knocked at the door" (very useful when you live at a building 3rd floor to knock at the entrance).

They are "doing me a favor", by trying to get the deliver back today (actually they just sent a mail to the supervisor).

Extremely bad service, I recommand Post Canada instead, at least they will put the delivery at an IGA near your house !!
