I have been going to Bernard for years. He is the only one who can highlight my ash blonde hair properly. I have tried more expensive, fancy salons In the past but he is better.

I trek across town to come here and have never left disappointed. SIMPLY THE BEST!

I recently got my hair done at this salon. I walked in as a blonde (more on the copper side hoping to change to a more honey or ash tone)and walked out with almost black hair with white highlights, which shines green. To make the situation worse, the highlights start about half an inch away from my scalp and are. I look like I have about a month's worth of growth on my hair. I am disgusted with how my roots look and can do nothing about it because the process damaged my hair so much it is breaking off.

I have extremely thick, curly hair and was nervous to try Capelli Colori at first. But, my nerves went away in just over an hour after Bernard finished a beautiful set of high lights. He was so quick and so efficient and I have never been happier with my hair. I have tried way too many expensive salons in the city and they totally ripped me off. Bernard did my high lights, and gave me trim for under $100!!! This is amazing in Toronto and I will definitely return when my roots start growing in.

I was very impressed with my colour and highlights. Also excellent value. I am definitely going back when the greys come again.

My greys are coming faster and faster, which has forced me to get bad dye jobs all over. I have tried several salons, which always dyed my hair way too dark....apparently I have ``difficult hair.`` I walked into Capelli not knowing anything about it and finally got great highlights and overall colour. On top of that, highlights and oevrall colour AND a blowdry were less than a $100. The place could use a renovation but who cares! The results were fantastic.

My entire family has been going to see Bernardo for over 5 years and while we've tried other salons & barbershops in the city, we always return to Bernardo because he honestly does the best job. Most of all, he'll always make himself available for you whenever you'd like, great hours, great service and a great guy. Don't let the salon's sign mislead you, this place is 5 star!

I have been going to Bernardo for years and a few times I have strayed but I always go back because no one compares. He is very upfront with his prices which are considerably lower than other salons which tell you how much for highlights but charge you on top of this price to blow dry your hair...I never understood this.

I highly recomend this small salon in King West!

I completely agree with the other comments. Hightlights are excellent. I have had many bad experiences at other more expenseive salons yet Bernard always gets them right. I have been going to him for many years. His assistant Anna is very sweet.
Haircuts are inconsistent. Sometimes better than others.

I've been going to Bernard for 7 years, excellent hightlights, consistent colour, does exactly what you want for an amazing price - tried other more "trendy" places a couple of times but always came back because he was better! cuts not as consistent, still ok but highlights are the best.

Bernard and Anna are amazing. I have been to many many places for highlights and had terrible results. Bernard always does a great job. Hair cuts have been so-so but hilights can't be beat esp for the price. So inexpensive.

Bernard is masterful at hilites. I have been going to him for over 3 years and he is quick and precise at doing a full-head of blond hilites on my thick, unruly hair!

For the price (under $100) this cannot be beat. Anna his assistant is a total sweetheart!

I've never had hilites look sooo amazing without needing a toner.

I am always disappointed when I come out of a hairdressing salon....the colour is never right......& the cut isn't remotely what I had asked for...

But when I went to Capelli Colori... I came out with EXACTLY what I wanted....thank you Bermardo & Anna.....

I went to Capelli Colori to fix a bad dye job and Bernard and his assistant chose the PERFECT colour to fix the job.

I am going back again this week!
